Due to our vast selection of products, each item has different shipping times. Therefore, please refer to the product page and select the “Shipping” tab.
Currently most of our products include FREE SHIPPING!
When its shipping
- Tracking information will be sent to the customers E-mail on file.
- All shipping companies will call a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day.
- All products require a signature.
- If you see any damage on the boxes refuse the delivery'
- If you open your items and you see damage contact us ASAP and we will have the freight company email you a claims form to fill out!
- We are NOT RESPONSABLE for damage. If the item is damaged then there should be some damage to the box. Slightly torn corners is common to see on the box it does not mean its damaged.
- Additionally in many cases we can solve the damages item by sending you new components or cabinet pieces depending on the cabinet.
- Deliveries EVEN including inside DOES NOT incluse set up or assembly. What we sell it not like a Maytak washer or dryer there is NO SUCH things as a local company to come out and assemble it safely. We can include assembly instructions on most items.
- Disclaimer; Once the items have been shipped out the shipping company and not For Your Game Room is responsible for any damage. All items are fully insured by the shipping companies. However they may only pay for a repair if thats all thats needed or pay for the amount on the sales receipt.
